Challenge
Opera Italiana is in the Air (OIIA) set out to reimagine opera for a new generation — making it free, accessible, and informal. To grow its audience and elevate its U.S. presence, the organization needed a refreshed brand narrative, stronger digital storytelling, expanded media reach, and momentum-building visibility around its Lincoln Memorial debut and annual NYC + DC performances. .
What We Did
We developed and executed a full media, social, and production strategy. LEM positioned OIIA as a cultural disruptor, produced a high-impact mission video for sponsorship and digital promotion, managed press on-site in Washington, D.C. and New York City, secured VIP attendance, and elevated community engagement through targeted social content. We also launched a preview concert at Children’s National Hospital — now an annual tradition showcasing music’s healing impact.
